Observation

Some cords were observed in licensed area on the couch. Bags were observed to be in bathroom space on the door organizer, accessible to children. All cubbies in licensed area must be secured, as they were observed unstable and a tipping hazard. Walls in licensed areas, hallways, and bathroom had falking paint and wallpaper that is observed to be unsticking. Outlets in licensed areas are not tamper-resistant. Outlet in bathroom is GFCI, but not tamper-resistant.
